Ravensbourne is a specialist Higher Education Institution offering courses at pre-degree, undergraduate and post-graduate level in Design and Digital Media and is a champion of digital innovation and collaboration with industry. We have approximately 2,000 students and our alumni include film-makers Gareth Unwin and Simon Egan (The King's Speech), fashion designers Stella McCartney and Bruce Oldfield, and the musician David Bowie.

We employ approximately 210 staff across academic and professional service functions, alongside almost 200 hourly-paid lecturing staff. Our academic staff, who work across five cluster groups, encourage professionalism, collaboration and entrepreneurship within their specialisms. In addition, we offer a wide range of cross-discipline postgraduate degrees.

Our professional service staff work in a wide variety of challenging technical, administrative and managerial roles supporting areas as diverse as Enterprise and Innovation, Human Resources, Student Support, Registry, Finance, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Information Services, and Widening Participation.
