Return to Work & Warranty Coordinator

Would you like to play a key role supporting the Consumables and Opportunities organisation within Supply Chain? We currently have a vacancy for a Return to Work & Warranty Coordinator at our RAF Coningsby site.

As the Return to Work & Warranty Coordinator, you will be working with the Typhoon Support Centre Engineering Authority to manage Return to Works on behalf of the Customer.

Your main responsibilities as a Return to Work & Warranty Coordinator will involve:

Supporting the Customers aircraft and asset capability enhancement packages and programmes

Manipulating assets through the Supply Chain to the vendor in line with agreed programme feed-in rates and allocated Nation slots

Ensuring that TyTAN does not commit unnecessarily to repairs which are covered under existing and legacy NETMA and Eurofighter Warranty procedures

Working closely with the SC Planning Team and 1Gp, they will allocate assets to the UK slots in the programme.

Assuring CAMSS and the Supply Chain Delivery Manager of the airworthiness of the inventory

Assisting the Eng. Support Supervisor (AB06) in the capture of contract scope veer and haul by monitoring new business entering the TyTAN Inventory

Liaising with the MOD Engineering Authorities and Company Design Authority to capture engineering instructions and repair instructions which could risk the inventory

Your skills and qualifications:

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages is essential

Experience of managing customer expectations is essential

A background within an Engineering environment

Familiar with Carbon Resolve - Trilogi view is desirable

Experience of Supply Chain would be advantageous

Salary: £ 24,967+
