Working within the Engineering, Energy and Environment Team, the Engineering Technical Assistant will assist the Team in carrying out its roles and responsibilities.  The Engineering, Energy and Environment Team is formed of mechanical, electrical, public health, controls, energy and fire/security engineers and has a core role to develop and monitor the engineering strategies and standards for College infrastructure and construction projects.

We are looking for an individual with demonstrable formative experience in the building services industry with a very high level of enthusiasm and commitment to develop a career in engineering.  You will have proven organisational skills, good IT skills and a strong desire to support colleagues across a broad range of activities.  It is expected that prospective candidates will have gained or be working towards obtaining a recognised qualification in building services engineering.

This role represents an exciting development opportunity for an individual to further their career in a professional building services engineering environment across a large scale and diverse portfolio.
