The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with strong problem solving, stakeholder management and project management skills in a fast moving and passionate FM team supporting a successful and expanding aerospace company.
 
The Role
  • Developing solutions and options to a variety of facilities related requirements (Expansions, refurbishments, office moves, construction activities etc)
  • Work with internal and external resources to produce cost estimates for multiple options
  • Reporting & advising the FM UK Senior Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
    during Project feasibility stages, development of the business cases,
    then ultimately managing the handover to the Project Delivery team.
  • Project Management: Manage all allocated projects in compliance
    with the internal Project Delivery Process.
  • Management of several concurrent activities involving multiple sub-contractors.
  • Liaison with the SHE Dept., Security Dept. & the internal customer on topics associated with ongoing projects.
  • Management and delivery of Project Briefs and Requirement Specifications.
  • Compliance Ensure that Health & Safety, & Security regulations are instigated & maintained.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Control of Contractors process and CDM Regulations with respects to Projects.
  • Communication both internally & externally between the Projects Dept, customers, other FM
    depts. & outsourced service providers.
  • Present at periodic project review meetings to be held within the Facilities Dept.
