We have a number of exciting opportunities for Time Served Mechanical Engineers to join our team in Inchinnan as Team Members.

Explore & Exceed As a Team Member you will be responsible for performing inspections, fitting or machining tasks during the engine repair process in accordance with Rolls Royce specifications, management systems and engineering drawings.

Key Accountabilities:

Performs inspections and/or fitting tasks and verifies appropriate documentation.

Monitors and verifies quality in accordance with control processes(RRMS).

Ensures that all inspections are properly performed on all components in accordance with internal procedures.

Performs "self-audits" of internal quality systems, and audits at the request of the customer/ project.

Maintains Control boards, WIP tracking, Assets Care and 5s processes.

Actively manage all input and output into and out of the department.

Qualifications:

Must be time served in a Mechanical Engineering discipline including NVQ level 3, SVQ level 3, City & Guilds level 3 or equivalent - proof of trade papers and/or qualifications will be required.

Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns

Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision as part of an integrated high performing team
