Summary of Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Business Analyst for DTT based in Warminster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting team within a well-established and expanding business.

Main Duties:
The successful Business Analyst will mainly be involved in the definition of product or agile story requirements but may also be involved in numerous other projects within company, specifically support to military exercises, deployment of the toolset, and training

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised with targeting SME for the role of Business Analyst, with great time management and organisational skills. Business Analysts must have good communication skills and the confidence to build and manage relationships with both clients and colleagues.
The role will involve:
*Planning and monitoring of agile stories
*Interacting with clients, management and developers on an on-going basis
*Organisational tasks
*Requirement gathering liaising with the customer; converting the customer capability need into user stories that can be understood and implemented by the development team
The successful candidate will have:
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator
*Able to work on own initiative
*Able to work under pressure
*Positive “can- do” attitude

Desirable:

*Working in an Agile environment
*A general understanding of Web technologies
The successful candidate may have:
*Understanding of full spectrum targeting, sister applications in the business process, ie FC BISA and combat, and knowledge of adjacent business processes in IRM / CM.
*Experience of internet browsers, server hardware, laydown topology and service desk operation
It is essential that all Business Analysts have first class communication skills - written and verbal, time management, client care skills, well organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
