We are looking for an outstanding individual who can demonstrate the  skills, knowledge and experience required to plan, manage and execute Business Acceptance testing, working closely with the Implementation team to deliver successful projects for existing and new contracts across global geographies.

Accountabilities

Business Acceptance Testing:

  • Reviewing requirements, specifications and business processes
  • Manage and plan testing execution, through its different phases
  • Manage the defect management process
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, procedures and methodology

Test Programme:

  • Creation and maintenance of integrated project Test programmes across complex large scale CFC projects
  • Maintain multiple programme views for different audiences
  • Identify programme risks and assess the potential impact to the critical path
  • Be a significant partner in the communications path for all Testing and delivery stakeholders for the project programme and ensure the passage of information maintains the most up to date view of the project.
  • Ensure that any deviation from plans are correctly communicated, keeping senior stakeholders informed of any changes to the programme.
  • Maintain and track project Delivery methodology.
  • Tracking and reporting the progress of the Test programme inline with project delivery.

Analyst/Budget:

  • Programme budget maintenance across multiple projects
  • Weekly performance reporting ensuring progress against plan is effectively communicated.
  • Driving regular Delivery reviews with stakeholders from various work streams
  • Working with project streams to maintain and create project budgets
  • Collaborating with streams to deliver budget re-forecasts for projects

Reporting:

  • Delivering various project reports across the departmental portfolio

This role will require extensive travel/work at sites across the UK and internationally, and extended stays overseas will be necessary.  Candidates must have a full driving licence and be able to travel internationally.

  • Previous management positions with direct reports
  • Demonstrate collaborative ability
  • Ideally have had Customer account management experience
  • Minimum must be able to demonstrate a working CRM understanding
  • Should be able to demonstrate a methodical and structured train of thought
