About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Course Designer to support the Course Design team as an Electronics subject matter expert and be responsible for the design and development of training courses in line with the Client's Training Objectives.

You will work with site integrated training delivery teams to ensure courses are delivered appropriately and in line with client requirements and liaise with Course Media teams to ensure e-Learning is in line with Client Training Objectives whilst producing and evaluating examinations and assessment packages.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Technical Training professional or someone from Military or Civilian Electronics Trade environment to support the ongoing development of UK Military Service Members in the provision of fit for purpose electronic technical training content.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have proven career experience gained in Electronic Engineering and be able to research new subjects, design and develop new materials for examinations and assessments whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Electronics Engineering would be ideal, or prior experience of training delivery relevant to the subject matter. As would knowledge of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) but training will be provided around this.
