SAP Functional Analyst (SCP and LIS)
Location: Lakeside, Portsmouth
Permanent, Full Time

About the role

Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit a SAP Functional Analyst to provide functional support, analysis, configuration and continuous improvement for the SAP Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Logistics functionality. You will be working closely with customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality whilst adding value to Babcock through your knowledge of the SCP, LIS, MRP and WM solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include providing specialist level functional and configuration support for the SAP solutions in the SCP and Logistics modules of ECC 6. You will also be responsible for:

  • Facilitating with the applications team and the service desk regarding incident and problem resolution (creating incident reports, resolve software bugs, perform break/fix analysis)
  • Participating in user requirements gathering, blueprinting and documentation design
  • Ensuring the integrity of future design and change management of the SCP and Logistics processes

What do I need to do the role?

You will need to have excellent knowledge of SAP Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Logistics, including support, configuration and integration with other modules. Knowledge of Inventory, Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Warehouse Management (WM) is also important.

What else do I need to know about the role?

  • You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday-Friday with flexible start and finish times
  • All applicants must have or be able to obtain SC security clearance
