About the role

Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a PMO Scheduler working between our North Bristol and Keynsham sites. You will join a team that has vast experience in IT Solutions and provide professionally competent specialist services to our many clients.

Using your experience, you will carry out all the duties of a Scheduler to deliver and provide in-depth planning and scheduling activities within vast work packages. You will utilise your expertise to support bids from initial tender through to contract close out and support.

This is a highly rewarding position working within a global market leading engineering organisation. Our Digital Solutions business provides information management services and solutions to maximise the utility of data and provide decision making insight across the asset and service lifecycle, within the Marine and Defence Sector.

What do I need to do the role?

Proven experience managing project schedules from initial conception through to maintenance and close out.

We would also like you to have:

  • The ability to create and maintain schedules for projects and services.
  • An understanding of earned value reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Including Microsoft Project).
  • Experience in ensuring critical path graphs are adhered to and generate monthly progress reports as required.

What else do I need to know?

  • The role will be based in Bristol.
  • Successful candidates must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance.
