Salary – £35,781 per annum

Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly-skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. Would you like to be part of the Anglian Water team who are responsible for the safe and sustainable operation and maintenance of our water recycling assets?

What will you be doing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Anglian Water's Electrical Maintenance team. You will be responsible for the day to day management of electrical installation condition reporting and certification delivery on operational sites in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. You will manage central electrical installation records and provide technical advice and solutions to other teams and departments, ensuring company compliance with all relevant electrical legislation, policies and procedures.

You will project manage delivery of our EaWR programme which will include coaching, mentoring and auditing electricians, overseeing inspections, testing and electrical remedial and refurbishment projects. You will assist in prioritising projects ensuring delivery within quality, time and financial targets with a commercial approach to achieving the certification of assets.

What do you need?

Educated to at least ONC/OND, NVQ 3 or an equivalent electrical technical qualification with extensive post apprenticeship and supervisory experience. Current Electrical Inspection and Testing as well as BS7671 qualifications are paramount.

Proven electrical engineering and CDM regulations application on Water Supply and Water Recycling assets are desirable. High Voltage qualifications, experience or aspirations would also be an advantage. An excellent communicator with the ability to adapt, challenge and change; you will also be flexible, proactive, think strategically and have proven IT and time management skills.

If successful in your application, you will benefit from access to a company vehicle, so a full driving licence is essential.
