LTEWP Integration and FAT Engineer

Would you like to play a key role in delivering electronic warfare (EW) capability to KSA? We currently have a vacancy for a LTEWP Integration and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Engineer at our site in Warton.

As a LTEWP Integration and FAT Engineer, you will be part of a team supporting the integration of LTEWP equipment, processes and UK customer acceptance activities that will be performed on IT reference rigs.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to participate in a ground breaking development of electronic warfare equipment and capability delivery to the customer.

Your main responsibilities as a LTEWP Integration and FAT Engineer will involve:

Supporting the development, planning and implementation of SW (software) integration on representative UK based IT reference rigs

Supporting the definition and Customer agreement of FAT procedures;

Supporting the conduct of FAT for EW support applications and equipment;

Providing support to the identification of current systems engineering and EW support capability integration capabilities within AEC (Advanced Engineering Company - KSA based partner);

Providing support to the development of AEC systems engineering and EW support capability integration capabilities


Your skills and qualifications:

Essential:

Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in STEM related subject or Systems Engineering

Experience in leading systems engineering practices and procedures, integration and test of systems, including IT systems

Delivery focussed

Good standard of written communication

Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation and with the Customer.

Desirable:

Understanding of Typhoon support programmes is preferable.

Experience in Saudi projects is preferable

Familiarity or experience with EW Operational Support methods would be an advantage

Salary: £37,654 +
