This is a rare opportunity for a creative, talented graduate to join the multi-disciplinary design team of a highly reputed manufacturer and significant employer during a period of expansion and growth.  The company designs, manufactures and supplies a wide ranging clientele in a variety of sectors with a range of complex engineered products.  The product range is renowned for its durability and customer-focussed practicality, meeting end-user requirements and expectation in both the UK and international markets.  You will be a key part of the team dedicated to the design of products and related engineering which includes chassis, axels, suspension parts, hydraulics, extrusions, mouldings, testings, forgings and sheet metal fabrications and you will use the latest Solidworks and 3D CAD software.  This position calls for a recent graduate mechanical engineer with at least a 2:1 from a leading University with strong design ability who is seeking to build their career in the manufacturing sector.  Joining an existing, growing team you will have immediate access to the latest design technologies, which not only facilitate the design origination process, but are also closely linked to production introduction and manufacturing launch of all new products.  The company is justly famed for the engineering integrity of its products and operates to world class levels of quality, Lean processes and manufacturing efficiency in the UK.  This position presents a genuine professional career development opportunity working within an established team and being given every encouragement to take on new technical challenges. 

The successful candidate will be expected to take early responsibility for development projects and thereafter grow into technical or manufacturing management as appropriate.
