An exciting opportunity in a fast moving, unique, multi-national Information Management Function ensuring our Bristol based customers receive our high quality professional service on time, that meets the business need and identifies new or improved services requirements.

The Role
  • Ensure the effective delivery of IT services into Bristol and to assist in providing a local interface for Bristol into the wider group IM function working with the Bristol Customer Services manager
  • Provide & co-ordinate an interface at MBDA Bristol for receipt of feedback on all IT issues arising, recommend ways forward, review with Line Management and respond to users such that customer confidence is maintained
  • Support the co-ordination of the interface to Facilities Management and Security on accommodation and FM services such that continuity of services is maintained including the responsibility of organising all required IM actions to support employee moves.
  • Provide administrative support to IT Service Delivery including but not limited to purchase requisition, e-catalogue, shared mailbox management, mobile telephony billing enquiries, Self-IT management, incident and request trend analysis, seeking supplier quotations and specific reporting on mobility.
  • Assist with the management of the Linux service line offered by our suppliers ensuring that the service provided is in line with customer requirements.
  • Assist the IT Service Delivery team with the creation and publication of intranet based information, user guides and training videos. 
  • Assist with support of wider MBDA UK as part of the UK Service Delivery team.
