Experienced Workday Payroll Functional Consultant required to provide day to day payroll production support. In this role, you should be able to provide Functional, Technical and Configuration knowledge focusing on Payroll.

Location - Reading area

AWE is in the process of transitioning their current Oracle eBus Payroll system across to the Workday Payroll cloud platform, which will enable the business to grow and transform their business more efficiently in the future. We require an Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to work within our IS Application Production Support team enabling quick resolution of day to day payroll issues.

You will join a highly qualified and experienced team to help us deliver these future changes.

To be considered for the role, you will be an accomplished Workday Payroll Functional Consultant.

Qualification's:

* Degree level education or the equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience:

* Good business and technical knowledge of the Workday HCM/Payroll functional area including proven experience configuring this application is required.

* The successful candidate will have a track record of working in a similar application support role as a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant.

Skills:

* Strong understanding of the UK Payroll business environment and constraints to add value through the definition and delivery of information available for the Workday Payroll module.
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels.

* Skilled at investigating/understanding/supporting all aspects of the Workday payroll application.
* Ability to manage conflict while maintaining positive working relationships.

* Initiating and driving change, with drive to achieve results.

* Strong written, verbal and presentational skills.

* Personal credibility.

* Good understanding of Data Protection Act requirements.
