About the role 

Customer Services Defence Sites sits within the Service Delivery & Operations Directorate of the MOD’s Defence Digital organisation and performs a key role. You will be working closely with Customers to enable them to deliver Defence Operations, Military Capability and Business Operations.

We are seeking candidates with extensive experience of working in an ICT customer facing role with a sound knowledge of communication & IT systems and infrastructure who can evidence the ensuring of compliance to ICT installation regulations and legislation.   Performing a forward deployed role as a SCIDA and Customer Manager, you will have a key role in ensuring Defence Digital services meet the needs of the customers, providing assistance to current and future projects alongside the installation compliance duties of a SCIDA.

Minimum ONC/OND in an electrical/electronic engineering or minimum ONC/OND in another recognised engineering discipline. Individuals who do not hold electrical/electronic/engineering qualifications must have demonstrable minimum of 2 years ICT delivery experience (e.g. SCIDA, installation engineer) in the last 5 years.
