The Role:
Working within the Business Services function as a Full Time Investigator supporting continuous improvement through the effective management, coordination, measurement and analysis of Incidents occurring on AWE Sites
Key Accountabilities:
- Support with the upkeep of Event Management processes and procedures and the effective communication and roll out of them across the business
- Support the Company Event Management process and associated reporting, data analysis and training requirements
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross functional working to ensure appropriate governance, monitoring, analysis and reporting of performance across the business is achieved in a timely and meaningful way
- Review alternative ways in which continuous improvement can be implemented in the way that Assurance reports
- Undertake Investigations within specified areas across the business in line with the Quality KPI's.
- Support best practice, policies, procedures, processes and systems, which meet business and production requirements
- Any other Event Management activities as deemed necessary/appropriate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proficient in MS applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to be understood by a range of audiences
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work along or as part of a team
- Have and understanding/experience in Event Investigation
