MBDA Missile Systems - Deliver For A More Secure Tomorrow

You’ll lead the development and support of the Launch Management System (LMS) for two of our major programmes, in a Head of Sub-System capacity. Your role will involve supporting in-service activity, ongoing future development, functional and physical design, and validation.
The LMS is currently in service with the UK on the Type 23 warships, with demonstration work ongoing for future platforms and land applications. Export customers include New Zealand, Chile, Brazil, and Canada. This is a great chance for you to work on a high profile, international programme.

What we’re looking for

• Experience of weapon system or subsystem development, ideally using MBSE/ Rhapsody
• Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Experience of leading (directly or indirectly) multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of requirements management
