WHAT TO EXPECT

The Operations Hub's purpose is to govern and manage the performance of the portfolio of initiatives across InDigital, prioritising and allocating resources to ensure value targets are achieved.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide analytical, reporting and governance expertise to effectively plan and prioritise the InDigital workload in terms of resource allocation in order to deliver InDigital initiatives. The role will be required to provide a clear data-driven view of all InDigital initiatives and ensure optimal supply-demand balance of resource.

Linking with technical stakeholders from both Analytics/IT as well as business stakeholders from the Transformation programme to maintain an up-to-date view of initiative progress.

The role is also responsible for ensuring full transparency of data within a portfolio management tool to stakeholders, providing reporting for key decision-making forums and ensuring integrity of the data.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you will need to provide a detailed data-driven view on initiative progress, including delivery maturity and value, closely working with InDigital teams and business leads. You will be expected to supply the team, and external stakeholders, data-driven recommendations to the Portfolio & Resource Management Lead/Portfolio Manager to help prioritise the portfolio of initiatives and resource requirements/allocation.

You will be responsible for the ownership of and will continuously update the InDigital resource supply (from Capabilities and Enablement) and demand (from Pillars and Refocus Transformation programme). As well as this, you will maintain a data-driven demand view on upcoming initiatives to propose relevant resource allocation, depending on availability.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:
* Experience of analysing data and reporting skills
* Have prior experience of working with Tableau
* Strength in stakeholder management and coordination
* Experience in delivering presentations and reports to senior management
* Excellent communication and influencing skills


Desirable:
* Experience of portfolio and resource management
* Understanding of Agile principles
