These aren’t just desk jobs - we offer hands-on work like no other, with capabilities and facilities unique to Dstl. You’ll get to the heart of how physical systems work, designing and building new features or improving performance and reliability.

You’ll use your knack for coding and desire to use those skills to solve real-world, militarily significant problems as part of committed and close-knit team. Plus, you’ll answer complex questions from customers across the security sector, some of whom may be non-technical. So, you’ll be clear and concise, and provide impartial evidence that influences the science inside defence.
