The InDigital Process and Assets Lead will play a critical role in how InDigital builds, applies and gets value from the products it makes for JLR. You will create and roll out a coherent architecture, standards and process for ensuring that InDigital products are world class and combine to be greater than the sum of the parts.

You will be expected to create the framework for InDigital to deliver best in class capabilities and approaches, create a consistent and additive set of technologies and assets and work with Digital teams across the business. This will be to help them choose and apply the right approaches and technologies and build the right capabilities and assets.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

In this position, you will need to map digital activities to capabilities and to the processes by which they are done. You will be expected to define frameworks for InDigital processes and put in place governance mechanism to ensure scalability.

You will also be defining a methodology to measure the impact and productivity of InDigital to show continuous improvement. You will need to ensure that InDigital processes are compatible, complete and distinct to prevent duplication within InDigital, of technologies in IT and across the business.

Key Responsbilities and Behaviours:

* Maps the technologies and digital assets which are needed to support InDigital capabilities
* Identifies gaps in technology and assets and puts plans in place to address them
* Ensures that InDigital assets are extensively employed to drive maximum ROI
Develops an industrialisation framework, including ongoing asset ownership, so that products are efficiently maintained
