Role - Senior Quality Auditor
Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area
Salary: £40,950 - £64,700 (dependent on experience)

You will Lead and conduct internal audits in accordance with the agreed audit programme and business requirements.
Successful Candidates will be responsible for:
- Leads assigned audits within the agreed audit programme.
- Leads / supports development of initiatives aligned with the audit strategy.
- Gains agreement to audit findings and follow-up of audit issues and actions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Delivers assigned audits within the agreed One-Audit Programme to time and quality.
- Leads / supports the implementation of internal and external best practice, including identifying and developing improvements to the end-to-end audit process.
- Participates in the development of other team members through coaching and mentoring.
Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
- Focuses audit reviews and outcomes on key business issues.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (or working towards) and/or experience.
- Maintains current knowledge of corporate governance approaches and ways of managing common risks to underpin prioritisation of audit activities.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Membership of a professional institute desirable.
