We are looking for a Business Change Manager to join our dynamic team to ensure change activities are successfully delivered into business areas by mitigating the business risks associated with planned changes.

As a Business Change Manager you will be delivering change management activities using the company change process and tools - notably Prosci in support of change programmes and projects. Measuring benefits and assuring they can be delivered, whilst assisting the Head of Business Change Capability in maintaining a network/community of practice of change leads and practitioners across the business.

Location - This is a full time post working for AWE in the Reading area.

These roles are graded with the band starting at £42,950 up to £50,000. Offers would be dependent on relevant experience but will be competitive.

We are looking for the Business Change Manager to have:

  • Successful Business Change delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to support impacted groups through change activities
  • Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills to be able to build and maintain confidence in the change approach and delivery
  • The ability to work systematically to resolve problems, identify causes, anticipate resistance and make informed decisions to support a proactive plan to embed lasting change
  • Experience of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi-task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales
  • Experience of being part of a Project/Programme
  • Experience of delivering change through Prosci and working within an Agile approach would be advantageous
  • Good standard of general education, with proven literacy and numeracy

All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role, be willing and able to work in designated areas to working patterns.
