AWE have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced people-manager to lead a professional Engineering Delivery Team and be a role model for personal excellence.

Package - £42,650 - £60,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience) + Allowances

This role will involve leading a team of engineers and you will be required to:

  • Provide line and career management for Asset Engineering Solutions team

  • Identify and provide necessary talent to deliver Asset Engineering Solutions order book

  • Assure engineering solution delivery standards through competence and training

  • Identification and provision of strategic engineering resource

  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Line management/leadership experience

  • Previous engineering experience, ideally within building services

  • Knowledge of quality engineering (FMEA, RCA, maintenance strategies)

  • Qualified to a minimum of HNC with relevant experience

Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
