In October, Phoenix Group is launching our first ever Finance Analyst - Leadership Accelerator Programme in our Open Division. Whilst continuing to grow our M&A platform, we are also building a thriving and growing Open Business. Retirement Solutions has been identified as a key component of the Open Business and is seen as the primary driver of the Group's growth in the new future.
The programme will be over 3 years and include rotations in the following teams - Bulk Purchase Annuities (BPA), Reinsurance, Client Services and Asset Management. You will be developing your skills by working very closely alongside our awesome teams in our central London offices 3 days a week, the rest of the week will be from home.
It gets better…we will support you through your MBA or equivalent, including time off to study and for exams.

The selection process…
W ill consist of an online application, a conversation with one of our Recruiters, Online Assessments and a face to face Assessment Centre. Assessment Centres will be held in London during August (we've got you covered - travel expenses will be paid where required). We told you it be a place you dream to be!
Assessment dates are:
- Wednesday 17th August
- Wednesday 24th August
The programme will launch 17th October 2022, so you must be available to start on this day and attend one of the assessment dates above!
