Job title: Business Management Data Analyst

Location: Portsmouth, we also offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

Acting as a source of data management, visualisation and business analysis knowledge, embedding and promoting good data management practicesCollecting, organising and studying data to provide insightsUsing data sets to enable forecasting and monitoring of performance indicatorsDeveloping further our presentation of data in ways useful and intelligible to the wider teamSupporting development of the business PI operational dashboards to enable evidence-based decision makingReviewing processes to propose appropriate performance indicators to be placed on the system and collect data to analyse and report on evidence-based outcomesConducting route causes analysis on process areas then summarise and present evidence-based conclusions

Your skills and experiences:

Proficient and confident user of Microsoft packages including an expert in Excel - understanding Formulas and V look ups, Pivot Tables, etc.Good communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience pulling together reports and presentationsExcellent analytical skillsKnowledge and experience of Alteryx and Tableau is desirable
