Job Details
As part of a small but highly dynamic IT Team, you’ll work closely with our engineering, production and business departments to ensure the stations are always ready. You’ll be involved in a number of different systems, technologies and projects across both power station sites.
Responsibilities
- All operational aspects of the Windows Server systems, both physical and virtualised. Provide strategy to balance on site solutions with managed service models
- Management and development of Local and Wide area networks, both Business and Operational Technology
- Implement excellent Cyber Security practices and participate actively in the secure operation of the business
- Unified communications, telephony and site radio systems
Qualifications
- Degree in either engineering, information technology, computer science or similar discipline
- Cisco certification is desirable
- Microsoft certification is desirable
- CompTIA certification is desirable

- Microsoft Windows environments, both desktop and server
- Local and Wide area Networking, including Firewalls and security devices
- Telephony and unified communication systems
- Compute Virtualisation and Storage Area Networks
- Working with and deploying Cyber Security regulations and best practices
- Successfully managing projects
