Joining the team in our Digital Development Centre, as a UX/UI Designer you'll be working on global projects for Jaguar Land Rover in Manchester. You'll be excellent in collaborative working, creative thinking and also provide exceptional client user experiences. You'll support and work alongside Digital Development Centre stakeholders and team members to implement reactive digital solutions within Jaguar Land Rovers digital delivery team. You'll have cognisance for user centred design, enlarging personas and experience maps, to report approaches to personalisation.

You'll efficiently communicate design ideas, conceptualise and collaborate responses to annotated wireframes, storyboards, and site maps. You'll also execute user flows and research, as well as evaluating user feedback. You'll facilitate the User Experience workshops pool in Insights, and assist in establishing design guidelines and standards for best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential
Experience in end-to-end UX/product design within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment - including scoping, researching, prototyping and testing
Proven track record of creating engaging cross-platform digital user experiences
A creative and innovative approach to iterative design, with strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
Experience conducting various forms of user research and synthesizing the data to inform product decisions
Comfortable facilitating workshops and playing back session output to stakeholders
Good communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with team members, senior stakeholders, and partners alike


Desirable
Experience of working with design systems
In house/client-side experience
Illustration or motion graphic skills
Experience designing for native mobile apps
