WHAT TO EXPECT

Based out of Whitley and Gaydon, This person will lead the development & delivery of JLR's Electrification Services strategy, projects and ongoing operations in Overseas, as a core part of the Overseas regional team. A broad scope is included, covering all off-board EV charging solutions and related energy services topics. The role will involve the identification, planning and co-ordination of specific projects which fall under the remit of the Electrification Services team's scope, as well as being the champion and lead for Electrification within the regional team. This is a highly collaborative role; your project leadership skills will mean you already have the skills to work directly with stakeholders and deliver relevant projects from conception to delivery.

Further, the role will also require in-life management of the services delivered and operations including performance reporting and management of service improvement plans with key stakeholders. The individual will work with JLR's external partners and internal stakeholders including the Overseas Markets and regional teams to ensure the services provided give the highest levels of customer experience and confidence.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Responsible for the leadership of the Electrification Services in the Overseas region, acting as a focal point into the Global Electrification Services Team, including all aspects of home, public and destination charging, from service design, partner selection & management, take to market and ongoing operations,
Delivery of Electrification Services projects utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the achievement of strategic business objectives of the Electrification Services function
Champion the JLR Electrification Services topics within the region and the markets - including within the retail networks, relevant businesses and public institutions / local and national governments with support from local teams
Lead projects and work streams; from scoping to delivery and including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management ensuring project delivery to required timescale, quality and cost
Work with the operational business and global teams to ensure any activities are handed over are fully documented and adhered to, where required
Work with the global team and operational business to develop MVP delivery and ongoing development plans
Management of required Governance, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
Manage stakeholders to ensure projects add value and are aligned to stakeholder expectations
Engagement with global JLR Electrification Services strategy and teams to ensure all requirements are captured and future technology and developments are embedded.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential

Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery
Strong commercial and technical awareness of the vehicle Electrification business and opportunities that exist, with the ability to develop relevant new business models, commercial solutions and business cases in a variety of global markets
Experience working with international markets and understanding of the EV adoption curves and uptakes desirable
Customer experience focussed mind-set
Demonstrate enthusiasm, the ability to communicate and influence delivery of products and services in a cross-functional team
Proven track record for partner alignment influencing product and services roadmaps
Analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
Ability to present complex data & issues to a varied audience
Experience of Problem Resolution using structured approaches
Understanding of Agile methodology and application into Product and Service roadmaps
Ability to handle high degree of complexity and manage multiple workstreams
Excellent team player, able to interact cross-functionally at different levels within the business
