Assistant Project Manager, Materials Management/Procurement

What you'll be doing:

• Raising Purchasing Requisition Requests and executing queries using Systems Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Working across all disciplines to resolve issues and risks
• Generating data to support internal and external reporting
• Assisting the Project Lead with the production and amendment of process, policy and management plans

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

• Experienced Procurement Practitioner and/or Experience of Material Management
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc)
• Experienced stakeholder management
• Intermediate user of SAP

Desirable

• Interpretation of technical data/ technical drawings
• Intermediate User of Teamcenter
• Knowledge of the Integrated Logistic Support Process

The Materials Management Team:

The Senior Project Professional will act as part of a team liaising with multi-skilled stakeholders to deliver key items for a 'new to service' platform. These items permit maintenance activities to take place, preserving the material state of the platform whilst in-service and operated by the end user.
