About the Role

Base Location: Glasgow or Aberdeen

Salary: £30,273 - £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

As operations coordinator, you'll work closely with our operations managers to assist in the successful delivery of managing the transmission network. In this role, you will interact with key stakeholders in Transmission business, liaising on operations details and attending meetings where required. Your role will also support finance and KPI reporting along with Ofgem submissions.

The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator are:

- Supporting the Operations Management team meet milestones and deadlines.

- Coordinating Operations Performance and Finance reporting, making sure reports are produced on time and to a high-quality standard.

- Provide Operational support for interfaces with current & proposed projects in relation to scheduling and Project governance requirements for Operations.

- Support in the set up and coordination of new systems and tools brought into the department.

- Coordinating and preparing all operations management team meetings, making sure these are scheduled, attended and minutes are recorded to a high quality.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.

- The role will also involve managing Operations finances, KPI's and other performance outputs therefore experience in this topic is beneficial.

- Awareness of SSE Transmissions regulatory position with Ofgem.

- You will be highly literate with a keen eye for detail, and an ability to prioritise workload in demanding timescales.

- Experience and adaptability to learning new software and systems would be preferable.
