AWE is currently recruiting for Engineering Reliability Managers to oversee the delivery of professional engineering services to enable Senior Facilities & Engineering Management in fulfilment of the strategy for the upkeep of all assets and equipment AWE needs to deliver the Programme.

Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire

Package: £42,000 - c£66,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be doing?

Reporting into Senior Maintenance Management, you will be required to:

  • Provide leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers

  • Take the lead on maintenance projects and implement maintenance change strategies

  • Promote reliability philosophy in the delivery of through life asset management, driving a proactive and empowered culture

  • Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality

What will you need to be considered?

We'd love to hear from qualified Engineering Managers/Reliability Engineering Manager (ideally degree level), from any engineering discipline (electrical, Mechanical, C&I), with a real passion for implementing proactive maintenance models, whether that be in a building services/facilities or manufacturing/production environment.

This role would be a great match for someone with a background of reliability engineering management or being the lead on maintenance and alteration of plant based engineering projects. You must be able to deliver engineering across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment, comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment.
