About the Role

Base Location: Perth, Glasgow, Dundee, Inverness, Aberdeen

Salary: £30,273 - £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The duties and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator are:

- Support the Operations Development & Delivery team with all projects and the coordination and successful delivery of project related activities.

- Assist with the management of a complex and varied project portfolio and will oversee the preparation and compilation of key project documents.

- Responsible for the production of monthly reporting and will arrange the monthly meetings for our Leadership team and ensure prompt submission of documents.

- Coordinate and ensure the efficient and timely administration of project business and transactional documentation.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Solid experience in a similar business support or administrative role and be competent liaising with and coordinating various Stakeholders.

- Excellent knowledge of O365 applications, including SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint with willingness and appetite to develop competency in new additional software and systems.

- High level organisational aid skills with the capability to manage and prioritise your workload efficiently.

- Ability and comfortable in challenging existing company policies, procedures and standards where appropriate and be willing to provide suggestions for improvements.
