What is the Role? Network Integrity Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (Network Integrity) to join our team in our Kyle or Skye Depots. Responsibilities will include the following:

- You will have strong influencing skills, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure Investment activities maximise customer impact, network performance, efficiency and minimise future outages.

- You will gather the necessary data, including fault history and design and implement proactive engineering solutions.

- You will require strong commercial awareness, with full accountability for controlling unit costs and all associated contractor and supplier costs.

- Within your team and the wider group you will proactively drive a positive safety culture, promoting safe management of work in every activity.

- You will manage Network risk, assessing Network Outages and agreeing the necessary Contingency arrangements.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would prefer you to have:

- A HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or other relative engineering discipline.

- You should have a detailed knowledge and experience of our Network, including an understanding of Transmission and Distribution plant and equipment.

- Ideally you will hold full SAP Authorisation.

- Demonstrate suitable experience working in a similar field with knowledge of our electricity network and the wider market that we operate in.

- You will have sound knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and will have an appreciation for construction management and the responsibilities this entails.
