About the Role

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €27,760 - €41,700 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time| Flexible First options available

The Accounts Payable Advisor will be responsible for the timely processing and payment of invoices and other AP payment requests, including but not limited to:

- Invoice verification and validation (including exception handling).

- Supplier Statement Reconciliations.

- Query Resolution.

- Telephony support.

- Payment Processing.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- A minimum of 12 months experience working within a complex and challenging Accounts Payable function.

- An awareness of principles, practices, regulations and procedures relating to Accounts Payable. Knowledge or experience of Relevant Contract Tax (RCT) would be preferable.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills together with strong attention to detail.

- Numerate & problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
