About the Role

Base Location: Thatcham, Berkshire

Salary: £28,300 - £42,500 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time

The main objective of the role is to oversee the delivery and execution of FM services and activities on a large-scale single site and/or multiple sites. You will be accountable for the delivery of all soft services on the site(s), ensuring that all planned works are carried out and that service standards are met.

You will also be responsible for the management of the timely delivery of all hard services provided by FM Maintenance and external contractors. You will be responsible for a key site and/or remote or sub-sites, overall performance and the use of any services arranged under contract by the Hard and Soft Service managers.

You will be responsible for all contractors and employees on site and for their and others safety. They will ensure that local priorities are understood in site induction and ongoing through monthly supplier meetings, work with local users and stakeholders to understand any special requirements and be accountable for the delivery of all FM services.

You will meet the SLA and standards of work set out by the Hard and Soft Service managers. You will control all the local FM resources focused on delivery and execution of the standards. You will manage local relationships with key stakeholders.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Detailed knowledge of FM services practices.

- Be based on core site and deputise for regional manager when required.

- Local business and FM knowledge.

- Operational management.

- Performance managing, absence, and reporting.

- Facilities management - qualified or working towards BIFM Level 4 Diploma.

- Understand business growth and development which may impact requirements.

- Must understand the regulatory and compliance requirement of the wide range of equipment and facilities available.

- Planning and work allocations skills.
