Title: BEMS Controls Engineer
Location: Field Based - 80% London + 20% South East
Salary: Attractive compensation package + company car/cash allowance, overtime opportunities and performance-related bonus.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
Exciting Opportunity: BEMS Engineer in London & South East!
We are increasing our Engineering capabilities and require people who can bring their skills and innovative thinking to help us build a world that's more sustainable and inclusive for you, your family, and the community you live in.
Ideally, you will have
- Worked in the building controls marketplace.
- Strong technical understanding of building system functionalities.
- Desire to bring commercial benefit and long-term value to our customers (by using the BEMS to decarbonise buildings or reduce operating costs for example)
- Possess excellent service skills to engage with our clients.
We have strategic relationships with major building control and smart building technology companies providing the opportunity to collaborate in bringing new products and solutions to market.
You will likely already be a BEMS engineer, or BEMS Electrician, looking to develop your technical knowledge and get exposure to new systems. But if not, and have a closely related experience we have development programmes that can provide the knowledge you need.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage the latest technologies and innovative solutions to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
The personal development of team members is fundamental to how we operate and your own training and development will be mapped out for you with regular reviews to track progress.
