Quality Engineer
Location - Reading / Basingstoke Area - Hybrid Working Opportunities
Salary - £35,720 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience and suitability for the role)

Key Responsibilities:
- Be able to demonstrate a clear understand of Quality Management Systems and process frameworks ideally in a engineering / facility related environment.
- Be able to provide examples where process optimisation tools and techniques have been used to enhance performance.
- Liaising with local business units to enhance their understanding of Quality aspects and support compliance activities.
- Providing business level reports that communicate performance and provide assurance to senior management and leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
- To ensure that Quality is represented at all stages of programme, project, trial, or production.
- Provide technical guidance and customer support to ensure that deliverables and targets are met.
- Maintenance and enhancement of own skills, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to support both current and future work programmes. Identify areas of continuous improvement to promote and enhance Quality capability.
- All - maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player.
