About the Role

Base Location: London & the South East

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to increase our BMS Support team and require a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to work across London & the South East. Our Support business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further which you can play a key part in.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works across various sites around London & the South East.

- Responding to and resolving reactive breakdowns both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.

- Identifying system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.

- Providing detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.

What do I need?

- Good technical experience in Trend, Siemens or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.

- Excellent levels of customer service with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.

- An agile working approach with flexibility to support on call rota structure.

- As you will be traveling to different sites, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence.
