Do you have a background of reliability engineering management or being the lead on maintenance and alteration of plant-based engineering projects? AWE is now recruiting for a Reliability Engineering Manager.

Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire

Package: £47,690 - £68,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

This will give you the opportunity to

  • Provide leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers, delivering professional engineering services

  • Take the lead on maintenance projects and implement maintenance reliability strategies

  • Promote reliability philosophy in the delivery of through life asset management, driving a proactive and empowered culture

We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in some, or all of the following:

  • An engineering-related qualification (or demonstrable experience)

  • The ability to deliver engineering and maintenance solutions across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment

  • Previous experience of leading the delivery of engineering services across the lifecycle of an asset
