About the Role

Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to:- Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading or Havant

Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role of the Delivery Manager will be to lead our multi-faceted Operational Technology Go To Green Plan - ensuring that Value and Directorate Objectives hold a golden thread through all OT delivery and operational initiatives, and all service provisions.

Key Accountabilities:

- Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with Operational Technology teams, stakeholders at all levels and business to ensure that interfaces work correctly.

- Manage the delivery of technology and changes with focus on tangible business outcomes.

- Ensure that IT/business strategy, compliance requirements, policy and standards are adhered to, thus achieving commonality and ease of maintenance.

- Analyse problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution.

- Provide regular updates against defined outcomes to demonstrate performance and progress against the OT Go to Green Plan.

What do I need?

- Experience of delivering value in a matrix organisation.

- Ability to provide information in a logical and consistent manner.

- Understanding of IT products, services and systems.

- Ability to work in environments that are undergoing change, working in an iterative and adaptive manner.

- Understanding and experience of running of successful delivery within a team.
