Job Title: Identity & Access Management Analyst
Salary: Circa up to £51,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification and dependant on business need.
Security Clearance: British Citizen
This role will require DV Clearance. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The role will be responsible for the managing and securing user accounts and other objects across our systems ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time by provisioning, monitoring and auditing access to critical systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with security policies whilst ensuring an enhanced user experience for our colleagues.

What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP.
- Highly proficient in PowerShell script development to automate identity management tasks and processes.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange mailbox management.
- Knowledge of SSO Tools and MFA would also be advantageous.
- Understanding of Azure AD, its integration with on premise systems.
- Understanding of Linux user account administration would be advantageous.
- High-level understanding of IT security procedures relating to the operations of user and group permissions, data and email.
- Strong understanding of Group Policy and Incident & Request management processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to analyse complex problems and devise effective solutions.
- Excellent customer service, teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
