Job Title: Lead Project Professional-Delivery

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements-please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: From £45628 depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

    Leading and managing a small project or a portion of a larger, more complex project, or provide support to a Project Manager or Head of Project with various aspects of managing a larger projectIdentifying, assessing, and managing risks to project success, aligning project approaches with stakeholders by preparing realistic plans and tracking activities against the project schedule, adapting and applying project management practices to various situations, and developing these practices while guiding and instructing others in their implementationEngaging in advanced problem-solving by leveraging prior experience, performing data analysis to present findings to senior stakeholders, and generating detailed project reports while mentoring team members in report preparationConsolidating expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice that furthers organisational objectives, while supporting and promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisationOverseeing the project lifecycle to ensure that customer and user needs are consistently met over time, while financial and other benefits are achievedLeading a small team of project professionals, overseeing their delivery and performance, while providing mentorship, appraisals, and support for their development
Your skills and experiences:

    Recognised Project Management qualification or equivalent experience within the Digital or Defence industryProficient in accurately analysing and interpreting data to inform data-driven decisionsExtensive experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to confidently guide and influenceProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Desirable:

    Experience using VisioExperience or knowledge of the Submarine Enterprise
