What you'll be doing:

Collaborate with the central whole-boat Systems Engineering team to understand programme direction and processesFollow guidance to support the delivery team in effectively implementing programme standards as requiredUse modelling scenarios to aid in managing and developing requirementsSupport the creation and refinement of requirements and acceptance criteriaAct as a liaison between the engineering team and the broader programme team to ensure alignment and effective communication

Your skills and experiences:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (STEM subject preferred) or significant experience in a related role/fieldProven operational experience in Systems EngineeringBackground in requirements managementFamiliarity with governance and processes in high-hazard industriesEffective communicator with strong computer literacy

The Engineering Delivery team:

This role serves as an excellent career springboard, allowing you to build technical expertise while developing mentoring and leadership skills. There are opportunities to initiate and lead projects, as well as coordinate across the programme, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of the vessel. Additionally, you'll expand your professional network across the entire Submarines programme.
