- Development and implementation of appropriately tailored Planning, Monitoring & Controls practicesSupporting the development/production and analysis of business data by using Project tools, techniques, and processesCollaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure good quality baseline and current plans are in place and maintained with buy in from key stakeholdersProducing and analysing scheduling data with accuracy, identifying, and forecasting trends to meet targets, and managing projects to time, cost, and qualityProviding support to PM&C Managers to enable effective cost, planning and scheduling, risk, opportunity, and resource managementSupporting the identification and management of risks and opportunities and learning from experienceWorking cross-functionally across the Project Management & Controls functional teams to contribute a coherent position on programme performance, risks, and opportunities
- Demonstrable PC literacy to an excellent standard through academic qualifications and/or examples of using IT packages such as Excel to accurately record, report, analyse, forecast and present data to all levels of the business.Have English and Maths - C and above at GCSE or level 2 functional skillsDelivering and compiling presentationsWillingness and ability to study to a Level 4 QualificationExperience of one or more in the following - budgeting, cost analysis, risk management, scheduling, planning or delivery within project work
- A one-week induction specialising in our product and the office environmentWeekly day-release over a 6-12 month period, to study for a University Certificate in Project Controls through the University of CumbriaAdditional face to face or online learning as appropriate for your roleA permanent role within the business that will run alongside your studies
