The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen within the Customer Support & Services-UK organisation for someone to help drive the transformation of CSS-UK and expand the CSS business perimeter.  Managing aspects of the transformation and generating proposals for customers to expand the perimeter, the successful applicant will need to be a self-motivated team player using persuasion to achieve the support of others in delivering the business’s objectives.
The Role
  • Supporting the development of the portfolio proposition for the delivery of support of all UK products to the UK MOD worth ~£1B over the next 10 years.
  • Supporting the exploitation of new and existing technologies to develop new support services for CSS adjacent to current business.
  • Owning elements of the transformation of the CSS-UK business model and organisation including data migration resulting from deployment of new documentation management tools (Matrix and DRM) driving increased business efficiencies.
  • Acting as a focus for Knowledge Management within CSS-UK including establishing an effective Knowledge Management mechanism.
  • Supporting the definition and implementation of the Group CSS Information Management Roadmap.
