What will you be doing?
In this role you will be leading and growing a team capable of delivering complex and challenging construction projects that meet the needs of the business.  You will be responsible for managing the project delivery programme of work, and for reporting progress and performance to MBDA (UK) management.  You will be required to provide advice and guidance on construction statutory and regulatory compliance, and to provide advice and guidance on procurement routes and contract types.

Who and what we are looking for from you?
You will be required to hold a HNC/degree or equivalent. The successful candidate will have had substantial practical experience within a Construction & FM environment and experience in managing contracts and project delivery.   You need to demonstrate you are able to build a team that is capable of delivering complex and challenging construction projects. To succeed in this role you need to have the ability to manage internal and external relationships and be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of construction forms of contract, such as JCT.
